ITP SpA Merges With Benelli Oil & Gas SrL

Benelli Oil & Gas already 100% property of ITP SpA, is incorporated in ITP SpA which assumes the new legal entity of ITP Benelli SpA.

ITP Acquires Nicola & Albia

A company having 40 years of history in manufacturing heat exchangers and pressure vessels, located in Cassina De Pecchi (Milano, Italy) with 25 highly skilled employees. The company is incorporated in ITP SpA.

Company Promotions
Surface Equipment Corporation has announced that effective March 15, 2010 Stephen I. McLemore has been promoted to President of the company. Prior to his present position, Mr. McLemore was the Director of Sales responsible for business development. He has been working in the company since March 2009.

The company also announced that Ron Pierce has been promoted to Director of Sales. Mr. Pierce served as outside sales for East Texas and West Louisiana prior to his current position. His previous employment was with Southwest Steel Castings Company. Mr. Pierce joined Surface Equipment Corporation in Aug of 2009.

Danny Gallegly also recently joined the company as Production Superintendent. Prior to joining Surface Equipment Corp. Mr. Gallegly was employed by Chicago Bridge & Iron from 1988 – 2009, with the last 8 years as General Superintendent. Prior to that time he was with H.B. Zachry, Inc. from 1974 – 1987.

ITP is transformed into a joint-stock company with the name of ITP S.p.A. The paid up capital is increased to 4 million Euro (6 million dollars)

ITP takes over Benelli Oil & Gas in Ravenna (formerly Benelli Ravenna SpA)
Further to this acquisition, 45 highly skilled engineers and technicians are joining the ITP Group. 35.000 sq ft of additional under crane fabrication area, 35.000 sq ft. of additional open yard and 100.000 sq ft of marine yard on the Adria coast for shipping of heavy load equipment will be added to ITP Group’ production facilities.

Benelli Oil & Gas can rely on 35 years experience in EPC and EP contracts for oil & gas processing facilities including oil and gas treatment plants, compression stations, dehydration packages, PSA units, metering trains, well head control panels, fuel gas conditioning skids and filtration systems on behalf of clients like UOP, Shell, BP, Saudi Aramco, Chyoda, Daewoo, Hyundai. JGC, Petrofac.

The two slug catchers delivered to Khalda Petroleum are installed on their foundations in the Salam field in the Egyptian Western Desert.  First gas is expected by August 4, 2009.

Two slug catchers each weighing 640,000 pounds (320 tons) which were fabricated in Kilgore, Texas by ITP's wholly owned subsidiary Surface Equipment Corporation, are on board and sailing on the ship BBC Colorado bound for Dakeila Harbor, Egypt.  The vessels will be supplied to Khalda Petroleum.
 
Dateline - March 14, 2009
ITP is awarded two EPC contracts fore the design and construction of hydraulic power stations on a number of rivers in Baku, Azerbaijan.  The contracts were awarded by the companies Astorq LLC., and Alfa Layne LLC.  The total value (financed by Italy's SACE export credit insurance) exceeds $180,000,000.
